Ok this thing pretty much rocks. I am only on day 2 but it definitely got me to move more and eat less. Took a 3.5 mile walk today in 9 degree weather. chilly but worth it. Better to get out than do nothing.
Lately my routine is daily walking for about 50 minutes, brisk but not jogging. weights at least 3 times a week, mostly on upper body and abs. My rotator cuff has been acting up so I haven’t been lifting as much as normally but its still helpful.
Holidays put about +5lbs on me which I need to get off to get me back down to 23 BMI.
