Approaching end of 2010, some details. I am in good equilibrium.

Regimen: walking almost every day ~4 miles, lifting 2x or 3x per week, ~30 min session
Warrior-esque diet: effectively one large meal per day, supplemented by an apple or glass of V8, 2 or 3 cups of coffee in the AM
